KAREN WANG, resident in the San Jose office, focuses her practice on patent prosecution as well as intellectual property and patent litigation, with a particular emphasis on the electronic arts. Ms. Wang also has experience in the areas of trademark prosecution and litigation.
Ms. Wang earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law where she served as a staff editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and as a Judicial Intern for Judge Mary Milloy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she was the recipient of the Best Engineered Senior Project Award and multiple Dean's List recognitions.
Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin (Putonghua) Chinese and Taiwanese.
