Mark A. Pellegrini, resident in the Orange County office, specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications with proficiency in a variety of technologies, particularly electrical circuits including electromechanical and medical devices, remote control and monitoring devices, cable biasing, Internet technology, and computer hardware and software. Mr. Pellegrini is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.

Mr. Pellegrini has experience in client counseling and strategic planning, preparing opinions pertaining to intellectual property rights, and assisting in patent litigation.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Pellegrini served ten years in the United States Marine Corps where he completed the Navy's AVIC-7 advanced electronics school, and worked component level repair on fixed and rotary wing aircraft communication and navigation systems including receivers, transmitters, and antennas. Mr. Pellegrini has a thorough knowledge of audio/video signal generation and transmission, encryption devices, and network connectivity.

While obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Pellegrini was employed as a laboratory technician in the department of Cellular & Molecular Medicine where he gained experience in electron microscopy and the use of immunofluoresence for determining antibody specificity and protein function in intercellular transport pathways.
