Greg Michelson, resident in the Orange County office, specializes in intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent prosecution. He has prepared and prosecuted U.S. and Foreign patent applications covering a wide variety of complex technologies involving electrical devices, processes, and circuitry, software and computer architecture, and mechanical devices. Mr. Michelson has also been involved in patent litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert reports, preparing direct and cross-examinations, and briefs. Mr. Michelson is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

In addition to his extensive educational background in electrical engineering, Mr. Michelson has more than seven years of technical experience at Hughes Aircraft Company and TRW. At Hughes Aircraft Company, he performed design analysis and test verification, along with software development, for aircraft radar and weapon systems. Mr. Michelson was a systems engineer for satellite development at TRW where he performed payload performance analysis for complex communication systems.
