Anthony G. Dervan, resident in the firm's San Jose office, specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. He has experience in prosecuting patent applications in the technologies of semiconductor manufacturing processes and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, in fiber
optic communications, in thin film processing, and in semiconductor memories. Mr. Dervan is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to becoming a patent agent, Mr. Dervan, worked in process engineering and engineering management positions in the semiconductor device manufacturing industry. He also worked in technical positions in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry.
